What information can I change if I make an error on a valuation?
You can change any input value except the member identifiers. The identifiers are entered in step one of every valuation, and are:
- title
- name
- your reference
- gender
- date of birth
- date of joining
However, you can have as many valuations as required by changing any other information, such as the valuation date.

The steps involved in altering the information entered in valuation step two onwards and retaining the same valuation date are:
- Click on the Review Valuations link at top of page. A list of all members valued by yourself will then be displayed listed by the date on which you did that member's first valuation.
- Click on the name of the member whose details you wish to amend. A summary of that member's details will then appear.
- Click on add a valuation. You will enter Step 2 of the valuation process. Keep the valuation date the same. You can now input all new Form 6 response data.
Note that as you have kept the valuation date the same, the revised valuation will replace the existing valuation. If you need to retain a copy of the original valuation, you will need to print the report before starting this process.
